This workshop will:

Increase Flexibility
Improve Balance
Strengthen Core
Increase lung capacity
Stretch, strengthen elongate & loosen an active athlete's body

Strains & sprains

Create a healthy body to run the distance. Learn exercises (yoga poses) that will help prevent pre & post run.
