For immediate release: ?Ghosts, Champagne and Volleyballs?a Look at Saratoga?, a new exhibit will open at the Saratoga History Museum on October 2 and run through the end of December. The Saratoga History Museum is participating in a nationwide designation of ?October is History month?.Historic and contemporary people, places, and things will be highlighted in this special exhibit. Stop by and find out how ghosts, champagne, and volleyballs fit into Saratoga?s history. The Saratoga History Museum and historic McWilliams house is open from 1 to 4PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The ?War Between the States? exhibit is being held over until the end of October due to popular demand. ### The Saratoga Historical Foundation is a non-profit organization and operates the Saratoga History Museum and historic McWilliams house. Located at 20450 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, the Saratoga History Museum contains one of the largest collections of history and memorabilia on the town and people of Saratoga. The museum is open Friday through Sunday from 1 to 4 PM. Docent tours are available as well as for the nearby historic McWilliams house, a restored 1860's home. A walking tour of some of the town's historic buildings and landmarks is also available.
