Worlds Yoga in Saratoga invites you to "Yoga with Cora Wen"!
Get out of your head and into your belly!
Access Chi in your center. Energy in the center is a source of passion, creativity, courage and confidence.
Fluid sequences help unwind a liquid spine, as Cora uses Chinese Meridian magic to release stress and guide you into health.
Cora Wen is a Yoga Teacher's Teacher! Her yoga lineage is a virtual who-who' of respected American Yogis, and the fabric of knowledge she has learned from each of them has been presented as a gift of a beautiful quilt to us.
Her style is a funky fusion of self-deprecating humor, esteemed anatomy colleague, and humbled-Buddhist-meets-Meridian-magic as she explores asana like no one lese today!
