Description
Worlds Yoga Saratoga presents a "Yoga 101 Workshop" on Sunday 07/14/2013, from 2 to 4pm.
This workshop will go over fundamental poses that are the building blocks for any practice.
The practice will include details to support breath work, strength, flexibility, and balance.
$30 for Members
