Worlds Yoga Saratoga announces its Fall Ayurvedic Cleanse, from Sunday 09/29/2013 through Saturday 10/05/2013, presented by Talya Lutzker.
The 7-day guided, food-based cleanse is based in ancient Ayurvedic wisdoms of modern nutrition. The intention is to help you create long-term healthy food habits while helping you to detox and release. The well-organized manual and easy recipes can be utilized over and over again. You won't go hungry as this is a food-based Cleanse where eating is encouraged and plant-based proteins are emphasized.
The "Fall Ayurvedic Cleanse" starts with an information meeting on Sunday, 09/15/2013 at 4pm, presented by Talya Lutzker (A separate event has been posted on the calendar for the informational meeting.)
Following the Cleanse Informational meeting on Sunday, 09/15/2013 is The Cleanse Orientation, scheduled for Monday 09/23/2013 from 7:30pm. The Orientation is mandatory for all registered Cleansers. (A separate event has been posted on the calendar for the Cleanse Orientation.)
