Description
Art of Yoga's mission is to lead teenage girls in the California juvenile justice system towards accountability to self, others, and the community by providing practical tools to affect behavioral change.
This class will be a candle-light flow, suitable for all levels. Focus will be on heart-opening and turning inward to reveal a deeper sense of self.
Come prepared to smile, laugh, and find some harmony through this moving meditation
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
