Mark your calendars for the upcoming Parks and Recreation Commission meeting that will include a community workshop.
The City of Saratoga recently purchased the 64-acre Quarry property located on Hwy. 9 near the Historic Saratoga Village and Hakone Gardens. The goal of the planning process is to work closely with the community to develop a park that will promote public access and recreation, encourage resource protection, and develop important local and regional trail connections.
The City held its first public workshop to craft a vision for the park on July 9th, and the second workshop to provide feedback on the concept alternatives on September 10th.
You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts on the draft concept plan for Saratoga Quarry Park and help to develop the final design.
