Halloween Dog Parade & Costume Contest

4:00 PM - 6:30 PM PDT
Line-up starts at 4 PM in front of the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce office.
We will then start the parade in the village and gather back at Blaney Plaza
(opposite Starbucks). The winners will be announced at 6 PM.
