Description
The El Camino Hospital District Board of Directors will host a community forum in Los Gatos to share its objectives and plan for the El Camino Hospital Board of Directors and Board committee expansion, aimed at attracting community members with deep expertise in the areas of governance, finance, quality, compliance and executive compensation. The forum will also provide an opportunity to discuss other District-related topics of interest to the community.
Agenda items include:
- Presentation of Board research on governance best practices
- Plan for Board and committee expansion and progress to date
- Quick tutorial on District & hospital structure and governance
- Open community question and answer session
