California State Assemblymember Jim Beall would like to invite you to a special event he is hosting this Saturday, July 14 to promote literacy and get kids excited about reading.

COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT
 
Join Assemblymember Jim Beall and the 2012 Business of the Year, Hicklebee’s Bookstore, for a free community read-a-thon to promote literacy and foster the love of reading in youth of all ages. Champions for Reading features local athletes from SJSU & Stanford and authors reading from their favorite story books to get kids excited about reading. Kids can also make their own book marks and more at our arts and crafts section!
