Description
El Camino Hospital has partnered with the Parents' Club of Palo Alto and Menlo Park to present this panel discussion on the healthy minds of mothers. For some women, childbirth brings emotional and psychological changes so overwhelming, they just don't feel like themselves.
The panel will be moderated by April Dembosky from KQED and feature panelists including: Lisa Abramson, MOMS program graduate and founder of Mindfulness Based Achievement: a program teaching women to lean in without burning out; Lisa's husband, David Abramson, Laura Wolfson Keller, mother and MOMS graduate; Dr. Nirmaljit Dhami psychiatrist and Director of the MOMS program at El Camino Hospital.
