They participate in the orchestra for the love of music and educational benefits for the community.  The orchestra members especially appreciate the musical experiences with their conductor\, Dr. Jason Klein.\n\n \n\nABOUT the ORCHESTRA MUSIC DIRECTOR\n\nStanford graduate Dr. Jason Klein is an active and innovative music director\, conductor\, and teacher.  Currently\, he teaches instrumental music at Mt. Diablo Unified School District and is conductor for various orchestras and music festivals.  He is known for his imaginative concert programs with unusual choices of pieces.  His entertaining introductions to the concert music add both historical and human dimensions to his concerts that delight both novice and experienced audience members.
