SUMMARY:Saratoga Memorial Day Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:At 9:30am there will be a "gathering of community" at the Memorial Arch in Blaney Plaza which will include presentation of the wreath to be placed at the Arch in honor of all Veterans of all wars.  The wreath will be presented by Alex Nugent\, president of the Saratoga Foothill Club.  Saratoga Schools\, Civic and Community Service will be represented.  A walk with the flag and Saratoga High Band members will go up Oak Street to Madronia Cemetery.  At 10:00am the Memorial Ceremony will be held at the Cemetery with Presentation of the Colors by Boy Scout Troop 535.  National Anthem will be the Saratoga High Band and Choir.  The Saratoga Girl Scout troops make the wreaths for the Veterans graves and Boy Scouts place flags on each grave.\n\n(Sponsored by the Saratoga Foothill Club & City of Saratoga)
