DESCRIPTION:The Saratoga Chamber of Commerce\, Saratoga Rotary Club\, and Saratoga\n\nArea Senior Coordinating Council invites all community members\, businesses\,\n\nand organizations to participate in their 2nd Annual Scarecrow Competition.\n\nYour participation is easy. Create a homemade scarecrow to display in your\n\nfront yard\, your business\, or your organization.  \n\n\n\nFour Categories for awards:  \n\nMost Creative  \n\nFunniest  \n\nMost Enchanting  \n\nScariest\n\n \n\nOctober 1 - October 25 All scarecrow displays must be in place. \n\nOctober 25  Deadline to submit a picture of your scarecrow\, your name\,\n\nemail address\, phone # and what category you would like to enter your scarecrow.  \n\n\n\nOctober 26   October 28 Public voting period.  Scarecrows will be posted on the\n\nSaratoga Chamber of Commerce website for the public to vote. Voting ends at noon\n\non October 28.  Each person will be allowed only four votes. \n\n\n\nOctober 28 Winners will receive a phone call from the scarecrow committee and be\n\ninvited to a reception at the Saratoga Chamber of Commerce on October 29 to\n\npick up their gift card and a winner certificate.\n\n\n\nOctober 29 Participant reception. Winners to pick up their gift card and certificate\n\nof participation. We encourage all participants to attend the event and pick up their\n\ncertificate of participation.\n\n\n\nWeek of November 1 All scarecrow displays must be removed if displayed in the\n\nHistoric Saratoga Village.
