DESCRIPTION:Worlds Yoga Saratoga presents a Trauma / Tension Release Exercises Workshop on Saturday 02/02/2013 from 2:30 to 5:30pm.\n\n\n\nThis workshop is open to all levels including those who have never experienced TRE as well as experienced shakers.\n\n\n\nTrauma / Tension Release exercises developed by David Bercelli. TRE is a gentle technique that promotes neurogenic tremors in the body by using simple exercises to release stress or tension that accumulate from every day experiences of life\, difficult stressful situations\, or traumatic life experiences.\n\n\n\nThe "shaking" originates deep in the core of body of the psoas muscles initiating tremors that start in the legs and often move throughout the body.\n\n\n\nThe technique can help to restore balance in tense muscles\, alleviate pain\, and calm the nervous system.\n\n\n\nSome of the benefits of TRE:\n\n	\n		Relief of ongoing stress or tension\n	\n		Pain relief (including conditions of sciatica and the lower back)  Promotes an overall sense of calmness and relaxation\n	\n		Release of emotional or physical trauma (from surgery or injury)  Increased flexibility\n	\n		Improved circulation\n	\n		Improved emotional well being
