To attend one of the classes\, please go to the bYs Life website http://www.bYsLife.com .\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Tia and bYs Life Yoga Studio:\n\n\n\nIn 1999\, Tia was first introduced to yoga with a girlfriend in Santa Monica\, California and continued practicing yoga ever since. \n\n\n\nLife Changing:\n\nIn December 2010\, Tia was struck by a car at a four way stop sign intersection.\n\n\n\nIn January 2011\, while enduring a serious concussion\, right shoulder surgery\, knee injury and a year and a half of various types of physical therapy\, pilates and yoga therapy\, she found herself unable to deal with the stress of her day job as a legal professional. Tia did not look back at her former career.\n\n\n\nIn 2013\, Tia relocated to the San Francisco Bay area for a fresh start on life.
