Kurt Wilson is a founding member of the law firm Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth. He is a Cal Berkeley graduate and has specialized in commercial and employment litigation since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Hastings College of the Law in 1985.
Kurt represents corporations and individuals in commercial, employment and trade secret disputes, including through jury trial, court trial, binding arbitration and/or mediation.
Kurt’s practice focuses on efficiently and successfully (1) defending corporations and individuals against business and employment claims and (2) prosecuting, on behalf of corporations and individuals, business and employment claims. Kurt also has substantial experience in trust and estate litigation.
Kurt is a nationally-ranked masters swimmer, focusing on sprint freestyle, and an active volunteer at the Santa Cruz Animal Shelter. He lives in Santa Cruz with his two teenage sons.
